1. Non-destructive testing of oil and gas pipelines and equipment, including but not limited to: magnetic particle, ultrasonic, ray, PAUT, TOFD, etc.;

2. External pipeline inspection, including but not limited to: leakage point of corrosion protection layer PCM, cathodic protection CIPS, soil resistivity, stray current, etc;

3. Industrial pipeline DD3 final inspection, requirements: familiar with the regulations DD3 final inspection content, regulatory process requirements, report preparation, etc.;

4. With petroleum, materials, machinery and other science and technology related majors;

5. with pipeline inspector / division certification is preferred;

6. with non-destructive testing qualification certificate is preferred.

7. Age requirement: 18-35 years old

Job responsibilities

1.Check the implementation of process safety standards on site and supervise the rectification of problems.

2.Collect and summarize PHA suggestions, and carry out follow-up management.

3.Maintain process safety information platform, supervise and guide all departments and posts to enter in time.

4.Establish and improve all kinds of process safety technical information package related to process.

5.Prepare annual training program for process.

6. Organize and carry out training on process management and technology in the station.

7. Organize and carry out HSE work within the scope of job responsibilities, conduct behavioral safety audits and safety experience sharing.

8.Cooperate with station process management.

9.Be familiar with the laws and regulations involved in the business of the post, fulfill the duties of the post in good faith, master the guidelines for the prevention and control of legal risks of the post, and carry out the work in strict accordance with the description of the guidelines to ensure that the legal risks of the post are under control.

Requirements

1. Age requirement: 30-45 years old.

License requirements: natural gas purification operation license, pressure vessel license, hydrogen sulfide protection license preferred

2. Educational requirements: college and above

3. Relevant work experience: more than 3 years of experience in oil and gas process management;

4. Physical condition: good health.

Other requirements: no criminal record; proficient in the use of WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software; strong communication and coordination skills and problem-solving ability; treat people sincerely and enthusiastically, work conscientiously and rigorously, strong execution; proactive, with strong dedication, sense of responsibility.
