At the beginning of 2023, DM TECH developed the first smart and high-efficient fracturing fluids preparation equipment for dry powder with controllable viscosity onsite. Currently, twelve sets of such dry powder direct mixing equipments have been manufactured, and the equipment are continuously upgraded and renovated to meet the market demands.

The company currently has more than sixty personnel engaged in technology research and development as well as technical services, including five PhD holders, six master's degree holders, over forty employees with college degrees or above, six experts with associate professor or above titles, and one National Award Winner. DM TECH has also established a research laboratory for oil field chemical technology and equipment, a laboratory for liquid materials and evaluation and a production base for new materials.
