Established in 2023, Sichuan DM Oil & Gas New Material Tech. Co., Ltd. is a modern high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research and application of fracturing stimulation technology for complex oil and gas reservoirs, as well as the development and production of oilfield chemicals. The company is headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The factory is based in Deyang City. 

DM TECH is the pioneer and very first practitioner of large-scale application of onsite dry powder direct-mixing technology in China. DM TECH has established a research laboratory for oil field chemical technology and equipment, a laboratory for liquid materials and evaluation and a production base for new materials, enabling itself with advanced core competitiveness and service capabilities. In 2024, DM TECH was rated as a "National Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" by Sichuan government, and in the same year, it was listed on the "50th Batch of Enterprises and Products with Product Quality Accreditation Certificate for Petroleum and Petrochemical Chemicals" by the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), and won the "First Prize of 2024 China Petroleum Engineering Fracturing and Acidizing Science and Technology Achievements".
